This is the deal
On Tuesday, August 30, 2022, a class of women from across the Netherlands will start a (re)training adventure at Techionista Academy with a job guarantee at ilionx. ilionx will pay for their participation in the Microsoft Azure Certified Data & AI track. After 17 weeks of full-time training, they get to work at one of ilionx’s locations. It doesn’t get any better than that, right? Well, it does! ilionx is one of the nicest companies to work for. That is also the opinion of some 20 former-Techionista students already working there. Last year, one of the former-Techionistas set up, with the approval of the management, female ilionx, a network for and by the women of ilionx. They organize regular meetings for female colleagues where they can exchange knowledge and experience. ilionx is active in multiple technologies and in multiple markets. You are the perfect candidate, if you…
We only have a limited number of places available for this unique retraining program that we organize in collaboration with ilionx. ilionx will ultimately select the participants they feel are the best fit for them. Affinity with IT and tech
Maybe you’ve already mastered a programming language, or you’ve taken a course or training in the field of data or AI. In any case, you have a feel for data analysis.
Dutch and English
Given the client portfolio of ilionx it is nice if you speak Dutch, or learn to. In addition, you master the English language; the training is in English.
Experience and background
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is required: Microsoft Teams, for example. Experience with programs like Excel and SQL is a plus. As is a background in finance, retail, government, telecom or healthcare.
About the program

Techionista Academy has put together a 100% online course together with Microsoft, where you will work full time for 17 weeks to prepare for a position in data & AI at ilionx.

Techionista Academy has put together a 100% online course together with Microsoft, where you will work full time for 17 weeks to prepare for a position in data & AI at ilionx.
After this course – which is taught in English – you will have the following three Microsoft certifications in your pocket: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300), and Data Engineering on Microsoft Azure (DP-203). We also teach you to code with Python and SQL. Of course, we also provide a Consulting Excellence training in which you learn the basics of the consulting process. Furthermore, you will develop skills focused on essential communication and presentation skills and much more.
After this course, you will be ready for a job as a Data/BI consultant or Data/Business analyst at one of ilionx participating offices in Groningen, Zwolle, Hoorn, Amsterdam, Utrecht, Den Bosch, Eindhoven or Maastricht; or at our sister subsidiary Le Blanc Advies in Utrecht. And don’t worry, you won’t be doing it alone! You will study from home, but your fellow students and our coaches and trainers will support and guide you on your way to the finish line! You got this!

How long does the Career Accelerator: Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Track with hands-on AI last?
You have the option to participate full-time. In that case, the program typically lasts 7 weeks, and we assume a study load of 36 hours per week. If you participate part-time, we assume a study load of 16 hours per week, and the program lasts a total of 15 weeks. That said, you follow the Data & AI skills independently via our online learning platform. This means that you could potentially take longer over the Data & AI skills. That’s up to you. We strongly advocate for the pressure cooker model because it significantly increases your likelihood of completing the program. Of course, you are required to attend all live sessions (usually online and three times at a location) at set times. Once you have completed all modules, you schedule your official Microsoft exam yourself, whenever you are ready.
What is the cost of the Career Accelerator: Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Track with hands-on AI?
Whether you follow this program full-time in 7 weeks, or part-time in 15 weeks: this program costs only € 1,500 incl VAT. The price is relatively low because we offer all Data & AI skills at cost. This way we reduce the price enormously.
